  • Up to 75 hours of custom design, coordinating and execution services with regular planning meetings as needed

  • Customized design service to include conceptualization of theme and decor

  • Assistance with locating appropriate venue(s)

  • Custom site plan/floor plan created for your venue(s)

  • Contracting of highly qualified affiliates (contracting of location may not apply)

  • Budget management to include: construction, implementation, vendor payments, budget savvy advice, industry tips/tricks

  • Negotiation and follow up with service providers during planning process

  • Recommendations for music and/or entertainment

  • Reservation of hotel accommodation blocks at one hotel

  • Scheduling appropriate outside vendor meetings or consultations as needed

  • Unlimited phone and e-mail conversations

  • Continuous etiquette advice

  • Timeline meeting held one month prior to event date
